Ballistic Resistant Fiberglass Panels

HS Armor is a pultruded fiberglass plate designed specifically to absorb and disapate ballistic impacts. Originally developed for military applications, this high density fiberglass panel delaminates upon impact stopping and than retaining the projectile to prevent dangerous ricochet.

HS Armor panels are durable and easily fabricated. The composite construction of the panel means they will never rust, rot, or corrode and are non conductive both thermally and electrically. They can be used as reinforcement under drywall or paneling to provide virtually undetectable ballistic protection during normal construction. HS Armor panels are performance tested to the established UL 752 standards shown below.

HS Armor panels are available in three performance ratings that correspond to the UL 752 rating system. The panels are available in a standard bright white color with a paintable surface.
